We are hiring at Moon Technolabs for the position of Customer Support & Sales Executive.
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused qualified who can help customers, drive sales, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a basic technical understanding, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title : Jr Software Sales Executive
Location: Sola, Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Experience Required : 1 - 1.5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
- Work on new sales leads and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
- Generate sales revenue and upsell services/products to existing customers.
- Maintain professional email communication and follow proper email etiquette.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer-reported issues and suggestions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills
- Ability to understand technical terminology and basic software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software support and software sales processes preferred.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to quickly learn new software products and services.
Additional Requirements
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven sales and upselling skills are preferred.
- Comfortable handling client communication and support calls.
Work Schedule
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Shift Duration: 9 Hours
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
