Sales Head (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana)

Position Title: Sales Head Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Reporting To: Managing Director

Location: Hyderabad (with travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Position Summary

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition for ColoCamDX-FIT and ColoCamDX-FIT DNA screening solutions across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role involves leading a team of Sales Representatives, developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and diagnostic networks, and ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.

The incumbent will act as the key commercial leader for the region and will be accountable for sales performance, channel development, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize product adoption and revenue growth.
- Drive demand generation for colorectal cancer screening solutions among healthcare providers and institutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, health check-up centers, and corporate wellness programs.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.

Team Leadership & Management

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance expectations for team members.
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer engagement and target achievement.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and effective territory coverage.

Key Account Management

- Develop relationships with:
- Oncologists
- General Physicians
- Hospital Administrators




- Diagnostic Centre Owners
- Preventive Healthcare Providers

- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with key accounts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Market Development

- Create awareness and adoption of colorectal cancer screening programs.
- Organize CMEs, medical education programs, awareness campaigns, and screening initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for regional promotional activities.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Business Planning & Reporting

- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Submit regular MIS reports to the Managing Director.
- Analyze territory performance and recommend growth strategies.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical marketing practices, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information and customer data.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of regional sales targets.
- Revenue growth percentage.
- Number of recent hospitals and diagnostic centers onboarded.
- Product adoption rates.
- Territory coverage effectiveness.
- Team productivity metrics.
- Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
- Forecast accuracy.
- Market share growth in assigned states.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales,



or Healthcare Management preferred.

Experience

- 1215 years of sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, biotechnology, laboratory services, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Minimum 3–5 years of managing a team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with hospitals, diagnostic chains, and healthcare institutions in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

- Travel across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Participation in conferences, medical events, and customer meetings as required.

Compensation Structure

- Fixed Salary
- Performance Incentive linked to sales target achievement
- Travel & Business Development Expense Reimbursement

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial sales leader capable of building a regional market from the ground up, leading a small but high-performing sales team, developing strong relationships within the healthcare ecosystem, and consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets while reporting directly to the Director.
