Job Title: Regional Manager (CSR Projects)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager for our Guntur and Vijayawada location to manage and oversee government skill development projects across Andhra Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for handling operations, government coordination, team productivity, and business expansion related to SEEDAP and APSSDC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with SEEDAP and APSSDC government officials

- Handle day-to-day operational activities of ongoing projects

- Ensure profitability and performance of existing projects

- Monitor and improve team productivity

- Develop relationships with government bodies for new business opportunities





- Scale up existing projects and acquire new projects in Andhra Pradesh

- Coordinate internally for smooth project execution and delivery

- Attend meetings with government officials and stakeholders

- Travel across Andhra Pradesh and Head Office as required

Salary: Rs. 75000 to 90000 CTC per month

Requirements

- Qualification: Degree or Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

- Experience: 8–12 years as a Regional Manager

- Experience in Government Projects, CSR Projects, Senior HR roles, International Recruitment, or Liaisoning roles preferred

- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and government stakeholders
