Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic Relationship Manager for Mortgage Sales for a leading NBFC. The role involves sourcing mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel and building strong relationships with partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel.

- Develop and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

- Drive sales targets by generating quality mortgage leads.





- Ensure smooth processing of loan applications and coordination with internal teams.

- Conduct market mapping and identify new sourcing opportunities.

- Maintain strong partner engagement and provide product/process updates.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and credit guidelines.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 2–4 years of experience in Mortgage Sales (Home Loans / LAP).

- Strong network with DSAs and channel partners.

- Good understanding of mortgage products and local market dynamic.
