We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Executive & Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, managing inquiries, conducting tele-calling activities, and guiding prospective students regarding our courses and services.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions.

Tele-Calling
Contact prospective students from provided databases and generated leads.
Explain course details, admission procedures, and fee structures.
Schedule counseling sessions and appointments.
Achieve inquiry conversion and admission targets.

Front Desk Operations
Welcome and assist visitors, students, and parents professionally.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.




Manage appointments, registrations, and walk-in inquiries.
Maintain student records and office documentation.
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and local language(s).
Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented workplace.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Experience in tele-calling, counseling, admissions, customer service, or front office management will be an added advantage.
