Job Description Sr. Marketing Manager
Role: Marketing Manager
Experience: 5 yrs - 10 yrs
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Purpose of the Role
This role will act as the central marketing anchor for Xencia—working across internal practice teams and coordinating with your external marketing agency to ensure high-quality, consistent, and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Practice Coordination
Work closely with practice leaders (Cloud, Security, GenAI, etc.)
Translate technical capabilities into clear, business-friendly positioning
Extract inputs for:
Case studies
Solution documents
Campaign themes
2. Content Creation & Storytelling
Own creation and refinement of:
Case studies (your strength area already)
Thought leadership articles
LinkedIn posts & campaigns
Website content
Sales decks & brochures
Ensure content is:
Crisp, structured, and outcome-focused
Aligned to Microsoft ecosystem positioning (Azure, AI, Security)
3. External Vendor Management
Act as single point of contact for your marketing agency
Translate business requirements into clear briefs
Review and improve agency outputs (not just coordinate—own quality)
Track deliverables:
Campaigns
Social media assets
Design outputs
SEO / website updates
4. Campaign Planning & Execution
Work with leadership on:
Monthly/quarterly campaign calendar
Focus areas (GenAI, Security, Migration, etc.)
Ensure:
Timely execution
Consistent messaging across channels
5. Brand & Messaging Consistency
Maintain one unified Xencia voice
Align messaging with:
Microsoft partnership narrative
Industry use cases
Target segments (SMB / BFSI / etc.)
6. Sales Enablement Support
Support BD and sales teams with:
Proposal content
Pitch decks
Customer-facing collateral
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
5–10 years in B2B technology marketing
Solid exposure to:
IT services / cloud / SaaS companies
Content-led marketing
Core Skills
Excellent writing and storytelling
Ability to simplify technical topics (Azure, AI, cybersecurity)
Strong stakeholder management (internal + agency)
Comfortable working with leadership teams
Bonus (Very Relevant for You)
Experience with Microsoft ecosystem / Partners
Exposure to case study creation
Understanding of GenAI / cloud transformation narratives
