Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant based in Chennai. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front-desk operations, answering phone calls professionally, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, and performing clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
The role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing administrative tasks
- Clerical skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- Customer service mindset with a focus on providing a positive guest experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with front desk software is preferred
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred
