About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Senior Sales Manager to promote and sell our Medical Simulation Products (Simulators & Mannequins) across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should possess strong institutional sales experience and a proven track record of developing business relationships with healthcare and educational institutions.

Private Hospitals
Healthcare Training Centers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities across Maharashtra.
- Visit medical colleges, nursing colleges, hospitals, and healthcare institutions for business development.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of medical simulators and mannequins.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales orders.
- Handle institutional sales processes and government tenders, where applicable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, administrators, HODs, principals, and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Pune Head Office for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends,
competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Science, Pharmacy, Medical, Biomedical, or Healthcare background preferred.
MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Required
5–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Medical Equipment Sales, Educational Equipment Sales, or Healthcare Product Sales.
Experience in selling medical devices, healthcare training products, or educational solutions will be preferred.
Experience handling government tenders and GeM portal sales will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently.
Relationship management and networking skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
