Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Location: MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Solapur

Job Description:

MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul School, Solapur is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction activities at the campus. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site supervision skills, and the ability to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Monitor material consumption and ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements as per the executed work.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with the management team and provide regular project status updates.





Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, and project execution.
- Experience in handling institutional, commercial, or educational infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation is desirable.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality standards.
- Excellent site management and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety practices and statutory compliance.

Salary:

As per institutional norms and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
