Role Description

This is a pure tele-calling and parent communication role.

You will be responsible for:

- Calling fresh leads who inquire about the academy
- Scheduling and confirming academy visits
- Following up with parents regularly
- Sharing updates related to batches, matches, events, holidays, and academy announcements
- Maintaining strong communication with existing parents and students

The company will provide:

- Official phone
- SIM card
- CRM access and lead database

Requirements

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Comfortable speaking on calls for long hours

Confident, polite,



and professional personality

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets or any CRM.

Prior telecalling/customer support experience is preferred

Sports academy or education industry experience is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Calling & Follow-Ups

- Call new inquiry leads daily
- Explain academy programs and facilities clearly
- Schedule academy visits and assessments
- Follow up with parents who missed visits or did not respond
- Maintain daily call logs and lead updates

Parent Communication

- Inform parents about:
- Match schedules
- Events and tournaments
- Batch timing updates
- Holidays and announcements
- Admission formalities
- Coordinate communication through calls and WhatsApp

Relationship Management

- Build a positive relationship with parents and students
- Handle basic parent queries professionally
- Ensure parents feel informed and supported

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sports workplace

Job Details

- Full-time role

Salary Range: 15,000 - 25,000 INR (Negotiable based on experience)
