About the role

We are a direct dairy manufacturer based in Vadodara with 19+ years in production. We are looking for a self-driven sales executive to expand our market across sweet shops, farsan shops, caterers, restaurants, cafes, and hotels in Vadodara. You bring the orders — we handle production and delivery. Once you build your customer base, the business repeats on its own. This is a long-term earning opportunity, not a short-term job.

Salary & Earning Potential

Month 1 (training period): ₹10,000 fixed salary, weekly performance bonus on target completion, petrol reimbursed on bills.

Month 2 onwards: ₹15,000 fixed salary + weekly performance bonus + monthly target bonus.

Above monthly target: additional per-kg incentive unlocks — total monthly earning of ₹20,000–25,000+ achievable for consistent performers.

high achievers, who build a strong customer base can earn ₹30,000 + per month. This is a recurring business — once a customer is yours, orders repeat every week, and your income grows without starting from zero each month.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit sweet shops, farsan shops, caterers, restaurants, cafes, and hotels daily to generate and collect orders.
- Send daily order updates via WhatsApp — shop name, products, quantity, current or repeat order. Simple phone-based reporting, no laptop required.
- Find new leads and note down business name, contact, and area for each prospect.
- Submit a consolidated weekly sheet covering new leads, conversion status, and customer feedback — shared with management every weekend.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and growing orders every week.
- Achieve weekly KPI targets across product categories: Shrikhand, Paneer, Dahi, and Mava.




- Report competitor pricing, market demand, and customer requirements — this information helps us grow together.

Requirements
- Only Experience in dairy, FMCG, food products, or field sales preferred.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence. Petrol reimbursed on actual bills along with your daily field update.
- Good Gujarati and Hindi communication skills. Ability to approach shop owners, build trust, and follow up consistently.
- Knowledge of Vadodara market — sweet shops, farsan shops, hotels, restaurants, and caterers — is a strong advantage.
- Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented. Comfortable sending regular updates without reminders.
- Basic smartphone usage required for WhatsApp updates — laptop is helpful but not required.
