Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operations Head. The Chief Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, manpower deployment, process standardization,



and client service delivery across multiple locations. The role demands strong coordination with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-efficient operational performance in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Market Planning and Market Research skills

- Effective Communication skills

- Sales and Marketing expertise

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets

- Experience in the security industry is a plus

- Bachelor/'s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
