MSP Vendor Empanelment & Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented MSP Vendor Empanelment & Delivery Manager to expand and manage our partnerships within Managed Service Provider (MSP), Vendor Management System (VMS), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) ecosystems globally.

The role will be responsible for identifying new MSP opportunities, securing vendor empanelment, managing client relationships, coordinating delivery teams, and ensuring successful fulfillment of talent requirements across multiple industries and geographies

- ntIdentify and target MSP, VMS, RPO, and contingent workforce providers globall
- y.Drive vendor registration, onboarding, and empanelment activitie
- s.Maintain and update databases of MSPs, procurement contacts, and vendor portal
- s.Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and documentation requirements during onboardin
- g.Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and supplier qualification processe

- ntBuild relationships with MSP Program Managers, Procurement Teams, Supplier Diversity Leads, and Workforce Solutions Partner
- s.Generate opportunities for inclusion in preferred supplier panel
- s.Develop strategies to increase share-of-wallet within existing MSP account
- s.Represent the organization in industry forums, networking events, and workforce management communitie

s.Recruitment Delivery Manageme

- ntWork closely with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirement
- s.Monitor requisition flow, submission quality, interview ratios, and closure metric
- s.Ensure adherence to client SLAs and performance KPI




- s.Provide regular updates to MSP partners regarding candidate pipelines and delivery statu
- s.Support escalation management and resolution of client concern

s.Reporting & Analyti

- csTrack submission-to-interview ratios, fill rates, revenue generation, and vendor scorecard
- s.Prepare weekly and monthly performance report
- s.Analyze market trends, hiring demand, and competitor activity within MSP program

- ntCollaborate with recruitment teams, account managers, and leadership to drive successful outcome
