About the Role

Signature Club Resort is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive corporate and B2B business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Bengaluru hospitality market, excellent networking abilities, and a proven track record in hotel sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate room, banquet, and event business through corporate and B2B sales channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular area visits, client meetings, and market surveys across Bengaluru.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure corporate tie-ups.
- Promote room nights, conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Represent the resort at networking events and industry forums.

Candidate Profile





- Only candidates from the Hotel/Hospitality Industry will be considered.
- 4–8 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru corporate and hospitality market.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and corporate account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for area visits and client acquisition.
- Professional grooming and pleasing personality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate degree .
- Existing corporate network in Bengaluru is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
