We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admission Head to lead the admissions function for our K-12 schools across various regions of West Bengal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, implementing structured admission processes, managing regional admission teams, and developing strategic initiatives to strengthen enrollment growth.

The role demands strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the K-12 education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end admissions process across multiple school campuses including Residential setup
- Drive new student admissions through strategic planning and outreach initiatives
- Develop and implement SOPs to streamline and standardize admission operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, educational partners, and local communities
- Conduct admission counselling and ensure effective parent engagement
- Collaborate with marketing teams for admission campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
- Monitor branch-wise admission targets and ensure achievement of enrollment goals
- Train, mentor, and manage admission counsellors and regional teams
- Analyze admission trends, market insights, and conversion data to improve performance
- Represent the organization at educational events, seminars, and outreach programs
- Ensure smooth coordination between school management, operations,



and admissions teams
- Setting up camps for enrolling students for Residential Campus / Hostel.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in K-12 school admissions and education management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise in business development and admissions growth
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Experience in SOP development and process implementation
- Ability to manage multiple locations and extensive field operations
- Strategic mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
- Relevant work experience in managing Hostel Admissions
- Strong analytical skills with capabilities of assessing the market spends

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree / MBA preferred
- Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in admissions, education management, or business development
- Prior experience in managing admissions for K-12 schools across West Bengal will be preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be comfortable with extensive communication and field travel
- Strong understanding of regional education markets across West Bengal
- Ability to drive admissions through innovative and result-oriented strategies
- Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
