Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in preparing offer letters and appointment letters
Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR and hiring activities
Requirements :
Interest in HR and Recruitment
Valuable communication skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment is preferred
Candidates based in Navi Mumbai or nearby preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
