About Us

My Pallet Cold Storages is a current multi-temperature cold storage facility in the Balanagar–Kukatpally corridor, offering pallet-based frozen (−18°C) and chilled storage for food, FMCG, and perishable brands.

We're pre-launch and building our first client base from the ground up.

The Role

You own the entire growth funnel — from finding a prospect to closing them to keeping them. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who wants real ownership, not a coffee-runner internship. You'll work directly with the founders.

What You'll Do
Acquire : Build and qualify a pipeline of target brands (food, dairy, ice cream, frozen, meat, FMCG). Run cold outreach via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
Engage : Pitch our storage solution, share rate cards and brochures, handle objections, and book facility visits.
Convert : Move prospects to signed storage agreements.
Retain & Expand:



Keep clients happy, follow up, and grow accounts (more pallets, more SKUs, value-added services).

Who You Are
Currently studying or recently graduated (business, marketing, supply chain, or similar)
Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to business owners
Self-driven — you don't need to be chased
Hyderabad-based or able to visit the Balanagar facility
Bonus: interest in logistics, food, or cold chain

Compensation
₹10,000 / month base stipend

Performance bonus for every client you close, based on the pallet space / volume they book — the more you bring in, the more you earn. No cap. Extension into a longer-term, paid growth role if you deliver.

Robust performers get extended and considered for a longer-term role
