Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Ernakulam.

The Sales

Associate will support revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, following up on inquiries, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and walk-in guests. Daily responsibilities include responding to phone and email inquiries, preparing and sharing rate proposals, coordinating room bookings and event inquiries with the front office and reservations team, and updating sales records or reports. The role also involves conducting local market visits, promoting hotel services and packages,



gathering feedback from guests and partners, and supporting basic marketing or promotional activities.

The Sales

Associate will collaborate closely with hotel management to achieve sales targets while ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all guests.

Qualifications Solid sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel partners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Basic proficiency in computer applications (email, spreadsheets, reservation or PMS tools) and comfort maintaining organized sales records.

Ability to work in office in Ernakulam on a full-time schedule, including weekends or shifts as needed in a hospitality setting.

Previous experience in hotel sales, front office, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; a diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and a proactive, target-oriented approach to achieving sales objectives.
