As we rapidly expand our operations engine in Indore, we are building a high-energy team across Sales and Digital Marketing.

Role 1: Sales Executive (4 Openings)

We are looking for four growth-minded individuals to drive client acquisition. We welcome exceptional freshers as well as experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out to, and nurture relationships with potential clients (Founders, CEOs, and Brand Owners).




Pitch bystratumco’s outsourced growth leadership and digital infrastructure solutions.
Build and manage a robust B2B pipeline through active outbound strategies.
Collaborate closely with leadership to execute client acquisition targets.

Requirements:
Experience: 0 to 3 years. For experienced candidates, prior experience in B2B sales, agency sales, or startup environments is highly preferred.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high energy, resilience, and a consultative sales mindset.
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for raw talent).

Compensation & Perks:
Competitive base salary.
Uncapped Incentive Structure: Highly rewarding, performance-based commissions on every closed high-ticket deal. The more you close, the more you earn.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
