Job Summary:
Area Sales Manager responsible for driving Mortgage (LAP/Home Loan) business in Bareilly through Open Market sourcing and DSA/Channel Partner network.
The role involves team handling, target achievement, portfolio quality management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Mortgage business (LAP / Home Loan) through Open Market and DSA channels

Develop and manage DSA/Connector/Builder network
-
Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
-
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers
-
Monitor sales funnel from Login to Disbursement
-
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams
-
Ensure portfolio quality and control delinquency
-
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Required Experience:
-
4–8 years of experience in Mortgage / LAP / Home Loan sales
-
Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience
-
Experience in NBFC / Bank Mortgage vertical

Proven track record of target achievement
