About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead Dutees' retail expansion and distribution strategy across Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fashion/apparel industry, deep knowledge of Delhi-NCR retail markets, and proven experience in managing field sales teams. This leadership role will be responsible for driving retail acquisition, strengthening brand presence, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating closely with regional teams across India.

Key Responsibilities Retail Expansion & Business Development

- Identify, onboard, and develop new retail accounts across Delhi-NCR.
- Expand brand presence in key Delhi wholesale and retail markets.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Drive market penetration and increase distribution coverage across the assigned territory.

Sales Leadership

- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of field sales executives.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

Territory Management





- Develop and execute territory-level sales and distribution strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective coverage and route planning across Delhi-NCR.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement action plans to maximize sales.

Revenue & Performance Management

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track sales performance, distribution metrics, and retail productivity.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Drive profitable growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams for smooth inventory and stock management.
- Coordinate with zonal managers in Delhi to align business objectives and share market insights.
- Support marketing and merchandising initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

Market Intelligence

- Gather and report competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on field observations and customer feedback.
- Monitor emerging retail opportunities and changing consumer behavior.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.




- Minimum 5–7 years of field sales experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle, or Garment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
- Prior experience managing and leading a field sales team.

- Established network within apparel, fashion, and retail trade channels.
- Experience working with fast-growing consumer brands.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused qualified.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
