Experience: 1–4 Years
MBA in Human Resource Management (Mandatory)

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
HR operations & policy implementation
Employee engagement & grievance handling
Training & Learning Development
Exam Center coordination (Pearson & PSI — full training provided)
General HR administration
What we're looking for:
→1 – 3 years in an HR Generalist or HR Ops role
→ Robust communicator with solid people instincts
