Job Title: Purchase Executive (Engineers Preferred)

Job Summary: The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, products, and services. This role requires a strong technical background to understand product specifications and requirements, as well as experience in handling both local and international suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

· Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery capability, and technical compliance

· Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved specifications and prices

· Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to achieve cost savings

· Coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand technical requirements

· Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery





· Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, or non-conforming materials

· Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation

· Support vendor development and supplier performance evaluation

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Preferred Education/Qualification: BE / Diploma – in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil

- Specific skills required: 1–3 years of experience in electrical wiring / cabling , switchgear installation .
