We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Manager to manage export operations, develop overseas markets, and strengthen relationships with international clients.

Position Summary

The Export Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end export activities, identifying new international business opportunities, coordinating shipments, managing export documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas buyers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent international and Local markets and export opportunities.
- Generate export inquiries and convert them into business orders.
- Communicate with overseas customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and export records.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
- Prepare periodic sales and export performance reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export sales, export documentation, international business, or export operations.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B international sales.
- Familiarity with global sourcing platforms and export marketing.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, and logistics processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
- Full-time, in-office position in Rajkot
