Report to: Managing Director

Experience 15-20 years of progressive work experience as Business Head who can develop and manage sales in Channel partners / large and medium industries for our (MS Wire Rod 5.5 MM) product in Uttar Pradesh areas. Responsible for expanding our Channel Sales, customer network, Meeting project sales based requirements.

Overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the (MS Wire Rod 5.5 MM) business through channel sales and project sales, ensuring solid market presence and profitability.

Job Roles and Responsibility-

- Establish Excellent Distribution channel partners and Project Sales across the Uttar Pradesh areas.
- Develop and execute sales strategy for (MS Wire Rod 5.5 MM) products across markets.
- Identify and target Channel partners, large & medium industries that use (MS Wire Rod 5.5 MM) . Develop strong distributor/ dealer network in UP region.
- Build long term business relationship with Channel partners, industrial clients. Establishing, maintaining and expanding Project customer clients Obtain Sales orders for (MS Wire Rod 5.5 MM).




- Generate and close bulk orders from Channel and projects. Build strong relationship with contractors, consultant and developers.
- Tracking and timely reporting of competitors’ activity and update management accordingly along with the recommendation.
- Determine credit worthiness of distribution channel partners and appoint new Project mutually agreed with reporting head.
- Tracking and timely reporting of competitors’ activity and update management accordingly along with the recommendation.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data and report .

Requirement-

- 10 Years of experience in specifically in (MS Wire Rod 5.5 MM)
- Must have good knowledge of Uttar Pradesh market (Channel Sales , Industrial areas, small factories & contractors)
- Master or Bachelor degree (Preferred MBA/ B.COM/BE Mechanical /Industrial)
- Proven track record of achieving high sales volumes and market expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
