We are currently seeking a strategic, high-caliber Senior Manager – HR to serve as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) within our organization. This role acts as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, ensuring that human resource practices directly align with and support overarching corporate objectives. The ideal candidate must possess an extensive manufacturing background, demonstrating deep-dive expertise in managing both a corporate environment and factory operations. Position Overview Job Title: Senior Manager – HR Department: Human Resource Reporting Structure: Direct reporting line to Director – HR; dotted reporting line to VP – Operations. Corporate Office Location: Secunderabad, Hyderabad Plant Location: Karpatla, Hyderabad Compensation Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA (commensurate with merit and experience) Employment Type: Full time Core Areas of Accountability 1. Statutory Compliance and Policy Implementation Formulate and execute the annual HR plan in strict alignment with the organizational business plan. Ensure all HR policies, systems, and practices conform to group norms and effectively support company requirements. Facilitate the successful completion of internal and external inspections and audits. Liaise with local and government authorities to secure and renew necessary factory and corporate licenses. Document, update, communicate, and implement applicable company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Address employee and contract workmen grievances regarding administrative or corporate policies in coordination with respective Heads of Departments (HODs). 2. Manpower Planning, Recruitment, and Strategic Management Prepare, finalize,
and manage the annual manpower and administrative budget in accordance with corporate requirements. Oversee full-cycle recruitment for vacant and new positions within the approved budget for regular staff, contract personnel, and interns. Implement proactive talent retention interventions and optimize short- and long-term organizational staffing objectives. Utilize HR analytics—including staff turnover, cost per hire, training hours, and contract labor engagement—to guide data-driven strategic decisions. 3. Talent Management and Employee Retention Administer the corporate Performance Management System (PMS), overseeing goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations. Align the execution of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) approach with established company policies. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to maximize productivity through structured incentive and engagement programs. Identify skill gaps in coordination with functional heads and organize target-driven training and development programs. 4. HR Process Automation Lead the automation of existing HR processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency. Administer HRIS and HRMS platforms to maintain data integrity and ensure timely system updates. 5. Vendor Management and Administration Induct, manage,
and evaluate third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor vendor performance concerning facility security, workmen contractors, transport services, medical services, and pest control. Oversee facility maintenance operations for both the Secunderabad Corporate Office and the Karpatla Plant premises. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Education & Background Prerequisites: Education: MBA / Postgraduate degree in Human Resources strictly from a tier-1 or premier Business School. Industry Experience: Mandatory, proven track record within the Manufacturing / Industrial sector. Plant Operations: Excellent exposure to plant operations, factory environments, and complex industrial compliance frameworks. Experience Breakdown: 10–15 years of comprehensive human resources experience. A minimum of 10 years of experience operating within an HR leadership capacity. Proficient functional knowledge of organizational development (OD) processes and diverse HR domains. Technical Competencies: Proven expertise in manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, policy design, and employee engagement. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management. Hands-on experience operating HRMS/HRIS platforms, with specific knowledge of Workday HRIS. Behavioral Attributes: Highly organized, analytical, and meticulous in execution. Demonstrated resilience and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure environments. Superior communication and interpersonal skills required to build cross-functional relationships, including collaborating with IT (for infrastructure support) and Finance & Accounts (for payroll and monthly disbursements).
