We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager who can leverage existing Channel Partner (CP) relationships to drive site visits, sales opportunities, and project visibility.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and expand the Channel Partner (CP) network across Mumbai.
- Generate business opportunities through Channel Partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and property consultants.
- Promote company projects and ensure maximum market visibility.
- Conduct Channel Partner meetings, events, and project briefings.
- Train Channel Partners on project features, pricing, and offerings.
- Track and monitor CP-generated walk-ins and business conversions.
- Maintain MIS reports and sourcing performance data.
- Follow up on leads, site visits, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closures.
- Explore new sourcing avenues and expand market reach.




- Support project launches and sustenance activities through CP engagement.

What We're Looking ForMandatory Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Channel Partner Sourcing within Real Estate
- Existing network of Channel Partners, Brokers, and Property Consultants
- Proven track record of generating and closing business through CPs
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive closures
- Comfortable traveling across Mumbai, especially the Andheri region
