Role DescriptionHer Guest List is looking for Referral Agents to help connect us with potential clients in Gurugram who are planning events.

This is a fully remote, commission-based role with versatile working hours. You will identify potential clients, introduce them to our services, and connect them with our team. Once the client books an event with us, you earn a commission.

We handle all event planning, décor, vendor management, and execution—you simply help us find and refer interested clients.

Compensation

- Earn 5% of the total client bill for every successful booking you bring.
- No limit on earnings.




- Commission is paid after the client's booking is confirmed and payment is received.

Responsibilities
- Find and connect with potential clients in Gurugram.
- Promote Her Guest List's event planning and décor services.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain basic records of referrals and inquiries.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth client handover.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with potential clients.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Comfortable speaking with potential clients and building relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
- Students, homemakers, freelancers, content creators, and working professionals are all welcome to apply.
