Role & responsibilities

1. Able to source and purchase fabricated parts, raw material, equipment, and machinery, consumables etc.., local, depending on cost, quality and need requirements.
2. Able to negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, creating purchase order, and maintain valuable repo with suppliers.
3. Able to audit the suppliers on time-to-time basis as per company's standard procedures and measure their performance on regular basis with qualitative tools.
4. Able to coordinate with logistics department, accounts and stores to get parts on time with zero rejection.
5. Knowledge on various manufacturing practices and to achieve best pricing with zero based costing procedures
6. The habit of finishing self-motivated and should be a team player
7. Flexible to travel within India within short notices.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification





- Diploma/B.Tech/M.B.A/any degree with 3-6 yrs experience in Manufacturing/Production; Composites experience preferred but experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications TALLY and SAP is an additional advantage.
