Program Manager Intern

About the Role

At Airtribe, we are building learner-first, outcome-driven education experiences. As a Program Manager Intern, you will sit at the core of our learning operations—owning cohorts, coordinating live sessions, and ensuring that every learner touchpoint is smooth, structured, and high-quality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing chaos, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and taking ownership of execution. You’ll work closely with learners, mentors, and internal teams to deliver seamless learning experiences at scale.

What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end cohort operations, from onboarding to program completion
Coordinate and manage live workshops, masterclasses, and community sessions
Act as the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring timely communication and query resolution
Assist in planning and executing flagship programs, events,



and webinars
Drive learner engagement through reminders, follow-ups, feedback collection, and coordination
Work closely with internal teams (Growth, Content, Tech) and external stakeholders (mentors, speakers)
Ensure sessions, timelines, and deliverables run smoothly and meet quality standards

What We’re Looking For
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and parallel tasks
High ownership mindset—learner experience matters deeply to you
Prior exposure to event management, operations, or community roles is a plus
Experience organizing college events, fests, or student initiatives is a bonus
