Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fundraising Consultant role based in India.

The Fundraising

Consultant will design and implement strategies to secure financial support for the firm’s strategic initiatives, programs, and development goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying and researching prospective donors, institutions, and partners; cultivating and managing donor relationships; and preparing compelling fundraising proposals, presentations, and reports. The role involves developing annual and long-term fundraising plans, coordinating campaigns and events, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align fundraising priorities with the firm’s mission and services.





The Fundraising

Consultant will also monitor fundraising performance, maintain accurate donor records, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in all fundraising activities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Fundraising, Annual Giving, and Philanthropy, with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.
- Strong expertise in Planned Giving and Prospect Research to identify, cultivate, and steward donors and strategic partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions.
- Solid understanding of fundraising ethics, donor stewardship practices, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Management, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with professional services, legal, or corporate-sector organizations is preferred.
