Position: OPERATION HEAD / SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER – ONLINE TUITION EDTECH COMPANY (WEST BENGAL STATE BOARD -BENGALI & ENGLISH MEDIUM)

a)



Development of course design, high quality study materials and proper formatting,

b) Planning and Scheduling all activities associated with class scheduling, training of faculty, grooming them for online course delivery, ensuring everyday class delivery with proper control and data capture, periodic Parent teachers meet, regular assessments and examinations, recording and video editing of content and promo materials etc.

c) Working with IT team for daily update on LMS (Learning Management System) and proper storage on IT Cloud.

d) Working for student admission activities.

e) Working closely with Marketing and Business development team for onboarding all students.

f) Student fee collection

g) Facility and infrastructure management of centre.

h) Time discipline and productivity of team.

LOCATION: Target89 Development Centre, Panskura, East Midnapore. The person will be provided with Bachelor accommodation at the Development Centre.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

1. Previous experience in Operation and delivery in Education sector: Schools, Colleges or Engineering Colleges or Coaching centre or Online tuition activities.

2. Minimum total 10 years work experience and minimum 3 years as Operation Head / Head Master / Delivery Head / Training & Delivery Leads roles are highly desirable.

3. Must be a student of West Bengal Secondary Board during his/her Secondary education.

4. Understanding of student enrolment and acquisition will be highly desirable.

3. MBA / M.Sc. / MA / MSW / Engineering (BE/B.Tech) / M. Com / Mass communication

4. High computer proficiency, mastery of English and Bengali language and report preparation.

5. Positive understanding of EDTECH digital delivery and school tuition market.
