Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Non-Trade Cement

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and customers for Non-Trade Cement sales.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Prepare and maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
- Share customer requirements and order details with the sales team.
- Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery of orders.
- Send emails for code opening and customer registration processes.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.




- Share customer documents with concerned officers for approval and processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
