Job Summary

Eminent Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled L3 Infrastructure Engineer for deployment at a prestigious Government Data Centre in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting critical IT infrastructure including Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Network Devices, Security Appliances, Backup Systems, and Datacenter Operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to independently manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Server Administration

- Installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of enterprise servers.
- Health monitoring, firmware upgrades, hardware diagnostics, and performance tuning.
- Coordination with OEM support teams for hardware-related issues.

Storage Administration

- Administration and management of SAN/NAS storage environments.
- Storage provisioning, LUN management, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
- Troubleshooting storage-related incidents and ensuring high availability.

Virtualization Management

- Administration of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
- VM provisioning, migration, resource allocation, and cluster management.
- Monitoring and optimization of virtualized infrastructure.

Network Infrastructure Support

- Administration and troubleshooting of Switches, Routers, and Network Devices.
- VLAN configuration, port management, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Coordination with network service providers and OEMs.

Security & Firewall Management

- Monitoring and management of Firewall and Security Appliances.
- Policy implementation, access control management, and security incident support.




- Coordination with cybersecurity and SOC teams.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

- Monitoring backup jobs and ensuring successful backup operations.
- Performing restoration activities when required.
- Supporting DR drills and business continuity activities.

Incident & Change Management

- Handling L3 escalations and critical incidents.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) preparation and documentation.
- Change implementation and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintaining SLA compliance and service quality.

Documentation & Reporting

- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintaining asset inventory, configuration records, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Providing status updates to customer management and project stakeholders.
