Trademarkia is a U.S.-based e-commerce website with an operations team in Nagpur. We help business owners in America and around the world protect their business names and logos as intellectual property. We have U.S. attorneys full-time on staff, supported by a global support and sales team.

Role Overview

We are looking for individuals with strong AI and sales skills in Nagpur to thoughtfully help our attorneys manage their inboxes and build new work from existing clients. You will develop new revenue from U.S. clients in support of our U.S. attorneys and clients. You will proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities across trademarks, international filings, patents, corporate services, and litigation — always in a thoughtful, culturally appropriate, and professional manner that reflects the standards of a U.S. legal practice.

You must be an exceptional communicator with high EQ and strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with Americans.

What You Will Do

- Read and help manage attorney inboxes, replying to clients quickly and professionally.
- Look at client emails and websites to find current sales opportunities.
- Find new work from existing clients: new trademarks, international filings, patents, corporate services, and litigation.
- Send payment links to clients and follow up to make sure they pay.




- Reach out to clients in a polite, professional way to grow revenue.
- Work closely with our U.S. attorneys and team.

What We Are Looking For
- You must know AI. This is an AI-first job. You will use tools like Claude and ChatGPT every day. If you do not know AI, this job will not work for you.
- Learn before your interview. Before you meet with us, teach yourself the basics of Claude or ChatGPT. Come ready to show us what you have learned. We want people who learn on their own.
- You must understand intellectual property. You do not need to be a lawyer, but you must understand trademarks and why protecting a business name or logo matters.
- Education: We prefer B.Com or LLB graduates.
- Excellent English is essential. You must be comfortable speaking and writing with Americans.
- High EQ — polite, thoughtful, and professional with clients.
- Organized and able to handle many emails and clients at once.
- Self-motivated. You find opportunities; you do not wait for them.
- Comfortable talking about price and sending payment links.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Salary
- ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year, depending on experience and English ability.
- Plus performance-based incentives for revenue you bring in.
