Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and building robust relationships with clients in the industrial sector. You will leverage your technical expertise and understanding of industrial equipment to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Development: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product range including pumps, motors, gears, and compressors to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations tailored to the needs of the clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify current opportunities and threats.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise post-purchase.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or any graduate with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the industrial equipment sector.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment (pumps, motors, gears, compressors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Must reside in Jabalpur and be familiar with the local market.
