About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fashion-conscious individuals to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained on the sales floor.
- Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management as required.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall store appearance.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions.




- Support store operations and team members to ensure smooth functioning.

Eligibility

- Fresher / 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Prior retail or apparel experience will be an added advantage.
- Passion for fashion and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English speaking ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Strong customer handling skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset.
- Energetic and team-player attitude.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

ExperienceFashion Consultant

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Retail/Apparel Industry.

Senior Fashion Consultant

- 2+ years of experience in Retail/Apparel Industry.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
