Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager located at Confidential company in Anand. The Spa Manager will oversee daily spa operations, maintain high customer service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing spa staff, scheduling appointments, handling budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality treatments.
The role also involves monitoring inventory, addressing guest feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance the spa’s offerings and profitability.
Qualifications
Min 05 Experience in Spa Management and overseeing daily operations of a wellness facility in Five Star property
Strong skills in guest Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Competency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of spa services
Knowledge of wellness treatments, products, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
Availability to work on-site in Anand, Gujarat
Relevant certifications in spa or wellness management
