About the Role

I'm Abhishek Gupta, CEO. I'm hiring my right-hand person. Someone who works with me directly, sees the inside of how a ₹250 Cr food brand and three ventures get run, and grows into a Chief of Staff over the next 18 months.

This is not a routine PA role and this is not a 9-to-5. Expect early mornings, late nights, weekends, and crisis-mode responsiveness. I move rapid. You need to keep up.

You will stay several steps ahead of me, prevent chaos, own my calendar, travel, vendor follow-ups, lifestyle logistics, and act as the central coordination point between Ecavo's quick-commerce ops, the solar business, the hotel project, and family.

This is a 3 to 5 year partnership, not a stepping-stone job. If you're job-hopping every 12 months, this isn't for you. If you want to be in the room for every founder meeting, every distributor war,



every quick-commerce launch, every investor call, read on.

Do NOT apply if:

• You have not worked directly with a Founder, CEO, MD, or C-level executive for at least 18 months

• You are a receptionist, front-desk, telecaller, or back-office admin looking to switch

• You cannot be based in Prayagraj full-time

• You cannot start immediately (notice period over 15 days, with no flexibility)

• You need constant supervision

• You are not looking for a long-term (3 to 5 year) commitment

What You'll Own

Calendar & Schedule. Meetings, calls, travel, factory visits, meals, buffers. Zero conflicts. Zero missed events.

✈️ Travel Operations. Domestic and international, end-to-end. Flights (business class), Marriott Bonvoy, visas, lounges, airport transfers, recovery buffers, positioning flights. The 72h / 48h / 24h pre-travel SOP.

Wardrobe, Packing, Lifestyle. Outfit planning, packing checklists, grooming coordination.

Health & Personal Logistics. Medication, gym, meal, sleep reminders. Restaurant reservations, deliveries, gifts, family scheduling.

Correspondence. Screen and draft WhatsApp, email, calls. Reply on my behalf when authorized.
