We're hiring — LinkedIn Growth & Social Media Executive (Agra, full-time)
Ramaya Tax Tech Partners is a tech-first accounting & advisory firm working with global clients. I'm looking for one sharp person to own my personal LinkedIn presence and run outreach end-to-end.
This is a hands-on, full-time, in-office role in Agra.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage and grow my personal LinkedIn — posting, scheduling, engagement
* Draft posts, carousels, and basic graphics (Canva)
* Run LinkedIn outreach — connection requests, follow-ups, lead generation
* Maintain outreach trackers and report weekly numbers
* Keep the content pipeline consistent, daily
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
* Based in Agra (this is an in-office role)
* Robust written English — clean, professional, no fluff
* Comfortable on LinkedIn (personal branding + outreach)
* Basic design sense (Canva is enough)
* Organized, consistent, takes ownership
* 0–2 years experience — attitude over CV
THE DETAILS
* Full-time, 8 hours/day
* Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month
* Location: Agra (in-office)
* Start: immediate
