Job Description General Insurance Sales
**Process: General Insurance Sales**
(Drive general insurance sales by understanding customer needs, offering suitable solutions, achieving targets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining robust client relationships)
**Process: Life Insurance Sales**
(Drive life insurance sales by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable policies, achieving targets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships)
**Process: Cross sell*
- Promote and sell USFB 3-in-One accounts (Savings + Demat + Trading)
- Drive CASA sales through customer acquisition and relationship building
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds and Demat accounts
- Minimum 1+ year experience in:
- Mutual Funds / Demat Sales (Bank or Microfinance)
- CASA Sales
**Process: VRM (Virtual Relationship Manager)**
- Manage and engage customers through calls and digital channels
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Work Location: Client Office
D-44, Floor No.13, Rupa Renaissance, Turbhe MIDC Road, TTC Industrial Area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Near from Juinagar Railway Station)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year experience in General Insurance, Life Insurance Sales & VRM in Banking or Microfinance (preferably in Banking or Microfinance)
- Education: Graduate / HSC can apply
- Versant Score: Minimum V5
- CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 required
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: 32,500 per month
