About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to join our Gurugram team. You will own the end-to-end design journey for residential clients — from initial consultation and concept creation through to on-site execution — ensuring every project is functional, aesthetically strong, and delivered within the client's budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
- Develop site-ready interior design proposals, mood boards, and 3D layouts using Google SketchUp.
- Ensure all designs are practically executable on-site with minimal installation complexity.
- Present, explain, and defend design concepts, material choices, and pricing to clients.
- Manage client communication through design and execution phases with regular progress updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Stay current with residential interior trends, materials, and space optimisation techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognised institution.
- 2+ years of hands-on qualified experience in interior design.




- Prior experience on residential and modular interior projects.
- Demonstrated ability to produce site-executable designs; comfortable working with contractors and on-site teams.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp (mandatory); AutoCAD or other 3D tools are an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong design sensibility — ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget simultaneously.
- Customer-first approach with solutions that reflect the client's vision and practical constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is desirable for local client engagement.
- Confident presentation skills — ability to construct and defend ideas clearly.
- High attention to detail in space planning, material selection, and cost estimation.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
