for Sales Executive (Field Job):
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive the organization's sales strategy across India. The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales operations, tracking performance, developing sales plans, and motivating regional sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, analytical, and team management skills with a proven track record of delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue objectives across India.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and field sales teams to maximize productivity and performance.
- Monitor and track sales performance through regular reviews, reports, and dashboards.
- Set sales targets and ensure their timely achievement by teams across different territories.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
