Job Title: US Resource Executive (Fresher / Entry-Level) – Night Shift | Work From Office | Pan-India Hiring

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST | Monday to Friday (Fixed US Night Shift)

CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on candidate profile)

About the Role

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping people build better careers? We are hiring US Resource Executives to join our growing team at our Newtown, Kolkata office. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to break into the international recruitment and career counselling space, work with US-based clients, and grow fast in a performance-driven environment.

We are hiring on a pan-India basis - candidates from any city or state are welcome to apply. Relocation to Kolkata is required as this is a strict Work From Office role.

What You Will Be Doing

You will counsel students and working professionals about career and job opportunities in the US market, understand their background and goals, and guide them toward the right path. You will help candidates with resume building, profile enhancement, and interview preparation, while also explaining US job market trends and basic hiring or visa requirements. You will maintain regular follow-ups with candidates, coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth placement, keep CRM records updated and accurate, and consistently meet monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from freshers, recent graduates,



and anyone with up to 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, telecalling, HR, or recruitment. You should have excellent spoken and written English, a confident and persuasive communication style, a target-driven and self-motivated attitude, and the ability to commit to fixed night shift hours (8 PM to 5 AM IST) five days a week from our Kolkata office. Prior knowledge of the US job market or IT/Non-IT hiring is a plus, but not mandatory - we will train you.
