About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and articulate Sales and Marketing Associate to join our business development team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time role combining onsite strategy with active field work across the region. It is tailored for freshers or junior professionals (0 to 2 years of experience) who are comfortable traveling, meeting clients in person, and driving local market growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Sales: Travel to meet prospective B2B clients, corporate offices, and local businesses across Kozhikode and nearby regions in Kerala.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person product demonstrations, pitch our IT solutions, and follow up diligently to close deals.
- Lead Generation: Identify high-potential leads via market research, cold calling, and active skilled networking.
- Marketing: Assist with local promotional events and manage social media handles to execute basic digital marketing efforts for inbound lead generation.
- Networking: Represent the brand face-to-face at local tech meetups, business expos, and networking events.

Qualifications

- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (prior IT/tech product exposure is a major plus point).
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler).
- Digital Marketing: Prior exposure or experience in digital marketing is a major plus point.
- Skills: Excellent conversational skills with native/high fluency in both English and Malayalam. Ability to build rapport with clients face-to-face.
- Mindset: Proactive, resilient to sales rejection, and highly eager to learn.

- Location: Kozhikode, Kerala (Includes field travel)

- Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed base pay + attractive sales incentives)
- Additional Allowances: Company-paid fuel/travel allowance for official field visits.
