Oppam is a growing mental health platform committed to making quality mental healthcare accessible and affordable. We are expanding our offline services in Kozhikode and are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

Requirements

- M.Phil Clinical Psychology
- Valid RCI License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Solid experience in assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy for adult clients
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English
- Experience working in hospitals, mental health clinics, counselling centres, rehabilitation settings, or established mental health organizations
- Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills
- Available for full-time offline work in Kozhikode
- Immediate joiners preferred (July joining)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling services
- Develop individualized treatment plans




- Maintain clinical records and assessment reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals when required
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in clinical practice

Preferred Profile

- Significant hands-on clinical practice with adult populations
- Experience managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and other common mental health conditions
- Candidates with predominantly academic or faculty-only experience without substantial clinical practice may not be suitable for this role
