- Pipeline TD are responsible for design, develop and implement in-house tools to solve challenges during production and to make the pipeline more efficient for use on high end CG / VFX films. Responsibilities:

- Design, automate, test and maintain tools to extend and enhance the pipeline

- Collaborate with supervisors and leads to ensure a smooth and effective work process

- Provide support for artists in learning and using the pipeline

- Live demonstration and thorough documentation for tools and developments

- Ongoing research to recommend improvements to workflows in order to improve productivity

Requirements:





- 5+ years of experience in CG and VFX industry

- Knowledge of Maya, Nuke and Python is required, Houdini, 3ds Max and shotgun is a plus

- Experience of working in AR / VR projects and App development will be a plus

- Understanding of the entire CG / VFX production process from asset creation to the final edit

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- The ability to prioritize production requirements
- A general understanding of networking and performance issues that arise with automated tools
