Role Description As the Owner at Floe8 Technology Services, you will be responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring long-term business sustainability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhavnagar, requiring a strong presence in the office and regular interaction with clients, partners, and the internal team.

Day to day, you will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and guide the development and delivery of technology services and solutions. You will oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. The role also includes leading and mentoring team members,



establishing policies and processes, and making high-impact decisions on service offerings, partnerships, and market positioning.

You will represent the company in external forums, negotiate contracts, and continuously evaluate market trends to adapt the business strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop diverse teams.
- Proven experience in business strategy, planning, and execution, ideally within the technology or services sector.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and understanding of profit and loss management.
- Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and partnership development.
- Understanding of technology services, digital solutions, or IT project delivery, with the ability to make informed decisions on service offerings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Bhavnagar on a full-time basis and manage frequent in-person meetings and engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or entrepreneurial track record is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, resilience, and comfort with taking ownership of high-impact decisions in a dynamic environment.
