About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to support coordination across multiple projects, vendors, and internal teams.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to ensure smooth execution in a dynamic, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing ongoing projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, and reports
- Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources (primarily Excel)




- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks
- Support procurement and vendor coordination processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI tools and automation

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination / operations
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

- Graduate in any discipline

Good to Have
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
- Experience working with vendors or cross-functional teams

- Proximity to Indiranagar
