Job Title: Onboarding Specialist – Revenue Assurance

ROLE SUMMARY

The Onboarding Specialist – Revenue Assurance is responsible for ensuring that every customer is successfully onboarded, activated, and transitioned into a revenue-generating account.

This role bridges Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure accurate customer setup, contract compliance, billing readiness, and successful go-live.

The specialist owns the onboarding journey from deal closure to activation while safeguarding revenue realization and minimizing leakage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Customer Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end onboarding from sales handover to go-live.
- Conduct customer kickoff meetings and requirement gathering.
- Configure customer accounts, workflows, policies, and integrations.
- Deliver product training and onboarding sessions.




- Ensure customers achieve activation milestones within defined timelines.

Ø Revenue Assurance

- Verify signed contracts, pricing, billing terms, and implementation scope before activation.
- Ensure all billable modules, users, and services are correctly configured.
- Validate subscription plans and prevent revenue leakage.
- Coordinate with Finance for billing setup and invoice readiness.
- Track onboarding completion and ensure timely revenue recognition.
- Audit customer data and account configurations for accuracy.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
